Focusing on a smaller number of manufacturers is a hallmark of our program and a smart way to do business. We encourage you to take advantage of the administrative work we provide to set up INDEAL Interactions. It’s a mini vendor fair designed to introduce and strengthen relationships between your staff and multiple INDEAL suppliers in a short period.

Kari creates a monthly email she sends to all employees, highlighting INDEAL supplier products recently specified in the latest news from INDEAL. This regular reminder keeps staff her team up to date and generates conversations and questions about the program.
Greg promotes INDEAL supplier product through quick email updates to staff. These announcements are to the point, but packed with great information like product features and options along with pricing, discount and shipping costs. These updates are then completed with the addition of a couple of images and brochures. It’s simple, but extremely effective!

Come on down…your staff can be the next contestants on INDEAL The Price Is Right! Chelsea created a perfect way to familiarize her team with program suppliers and alternatives to non-INDEAL vendors through this fun and interactive format. Use her presentation as a template and swap in a few questions of your own to educate your staff in an engaging way. Throw in candy or maybe a few gift cards as prizes, and you’ve got yourself a winning presentation.
There’s nothing like a little inter-office competition to get people engaged! Kay came up with a way to enhance knowledge about INDEAL suppliers and MRL with a contest she calls, “Have an Idea?” (yep, just like the Idea Books). Every Friday, she sends out an email with a question, multiple choice, or matching challenge to everyone (sales managers included). This weekly contest familiarizes staff with the INDEAL program in way that’s fun and interactive.
